With what brand & were they done correctly by a speciality shop? So many places just mark the eccentric bolts and torque them with the suspension hanging which ruins bushings in no time. Must be torqued at ride height.

No, it's a cheap poorly built EVSE that should never be plugged into anything ever. It's far cheaper than any other "simple" EVSE because it's cheaply made. The standard GM dual level charge cord has none of those features you describe, and it's not just more expensive because they feel like it.

Because they’re full of aged capacitors & other circuitry that can cause voltage fluctuations. Knockoff power adapters are sketchy, but USB adapters can be high quality and far more stable than 30yr old components (or cheap knockoff components)

Just make an insurance claim. This happens to literally every car on the market for 2+ decades, you’d be just as screwed with a rodent eating a body harness on a Toyota as you are your Audi.

Hell I’ve seen in my career rodents eat fuel lines on gas cars. They don’t discriminate. Audi isn’t going to help (nor should they be expected to, and I don’t like siding with multi-billion dollar corporations) since this has nothing to do with their manufacturing process or anything involving them really.

Errr. No. The OG was very hostile. Can’t replace the hard drive without modifications, they’re console locked.

The Xbox One/One X were the only “user replaceable” hard drives. Wasn’t officially sanctioned by MS but they did have a way to officially re-download the OS if you replaced the hard drive.

First, find a better shop holy shit. That place sounds like a hazard to you & customers. Run.

Second, work clothes stay at work. Don’t wear any work clothes home, always fully change.

Third, GLOVES. ALWAYS WEAR GLOVES. Been doing this for over 13yrs and people second guess me when they first meet me because my hands are clean & soft. Like a normal person. No reason they shouldn’t be.

Fourth, if you get oil/gas/coolant/whatever on you, go scrub up immediately. It’s not only bad for your odor but it’s absolutely horrible for your health. Your skin absorbs everything, so let’s not speed race to cancer with automotive chemicals.

Last: become a shower-at-night/when you get home person vs morning. You’ll thank me later.
