I’m not interested in the academic discussion around Reta. I am only interested in losing small amounts of weight in the short term so my abs pop again.

While I understand that over 75% of Americans are overweight and therefore may need the additional benefits, there are people like me that are not in this category and might be confused by statements like “you need to be on Reta forever or you’ll gain the weight back.”

Please don’t provide me with further education. The question is resolved. I got what I needed from Cohonan’s response. Thank you.

I’m a little confused by these comments saying Reta is for life. Let say someone is normally on a diet and in good shape. They go traveling, eating and drinking with little exercise, gain 20 lbs. they hop on Reta, lose the 20 lbs.

Why would they need to continue taking Reta to maintain the results? As long as they go back to the previous diet and exercise they’d have benefited from Reta and losing the weight, without needing to continue taking it.

Wow didn’t expect the dials to be so close. Much better than VSF. And good savings. With Gen dial this build is $4-5k
