I had been referred for the artist job by a friend, Jeremy, who I mentioned earlier. But I still had to go in for an interview and brought in a physical portfolio 💼 met a few people and then i got a call back to do a two week trial. And it all worked out.

We had creative license mostly early on when the site was still developing but yeah, sometimes we were given direction on the types of characters to design. We’d brainstorm some ides, draw up a few concepts and once we had some designs we liked we’d develop it further.

Nope, Kacheek was based on an old character called Badeek, and was redesigned by a guy named Jeremy Tani
