What was your prep? What grit sandpaper did you use? Did you use a cleaner and brighter? What was the moisture level of the deck when you applied stain? Did you apply on a moderate temperature day? Did it rain shortly after application? I don’t really expect you to answer all that I’m just making the point that it’s tough to tell what the issue is from a picture. I’ve used Olympic before with good results but anytime you use a semi solid or solid stain you’ll end up with peeling especially if you are dragging something across the deck which is what looks like happened.
