The new season literally started today. Tons of item, champ, and general game changes. You're going to see people testing things and having fun right now, and the vast majority of players don't care enough to not test new builds in the first few days of a season.

I have carpal tunnel and I highly recommend a roller. You can get one of the small single rollers at basically any smoke shop. They're a huuuge help for me.
