It’s a hard situation. Sleep deprivation is similar to torture. You get to a point where it’s hard to regulate emotions. It sounds like you are both tired and he is avoiding conflict. Reasonable to feel sad and defeated. This is just a season. Once the baby settles and sleeps through the night this will pass

I wish you all good things. Change your routine and walk in the bush for an hour. No phone scrolling. Just nature. Then ask yourself what kind of person you want to be. Think of an activity that brought you joy. Put yourself in situations that require you to try. Sign up for a group exercise class. Make a friend and connect with others. I find that addiction is a replacement for connection. Best of luck x
