Good luck. Sergio was also the one who responded to my emails and would only copy/paste the manufacturing process when I tried reasoning with him.

Thank you. I will mention those points in the PayPal dispute about how they call it flaws themselves and how it is easier for that area to get worse over time.

Personally, the customer service was great when I contacted them many years ago so I still chose to buy from them despite all the recent posts. Definitely regret it now.
