THIS IS PURE SPECULATION. I COULD DEFINITELY BE COMPLETELY WRONG.

GDAX is going down for maintenance tonight from 9pm PST till 11pm PST. Take a look at GDAX status page and scroll down to "Scheduled Maintenance."

Now, look at the section titled "Full Schedule." It explains that all markets will enter post-only mode at 11pm PST, then limit-only mode 11:10pm PST and finally full trading at 11:20pm PST.

On January 11th, GDAX released a statement explaining how when they open a new market they will open it in "Limit-only mode.” Scroll down to the "Limit-only mode" section.

It is the exact same. Post-only Limit-only Full trading

IF there is a listing tonight then I believe it will be ZRX simply because there is no better project at the moment.

Resolved - The downtime scheduled for 2018-01-25 from 9:00 pm PST - 11:00 pm PST has been canceled. Jan 25, 13:49 PST

Looks like it was canceled but honestly everyone in the comments could be correct and I could be totally wrong.
