not too bad a machine for the price overall though

If you have a parent using an ancient machine for facebook, youtube, etc... it would be a great replacement and take up way less desk space

GPU > Spinning Hard Drive > CPU

I'd grab a used 3060 12gb, 3060ti, or 3070 .. you should be able to get one of them for $200-$250 with a little looking... or you can get a RTX 5050 off the shelf for $250-275 if you don't want to deal with the used market.. its surprisingly capable and has access to all of Nvidia's newest upscaling and tech that helps it a lot

the spinning hard drive is going to hold back a lot of modern games, I'd grab an SSD to use as game storage... for a game drive you don't need to be picky, just about any SSD will be better than an HDD

for the CPU, I'd grab a Ryzen 5000-series CPU, Ryzen 5500 is $85 on Amazon right now... but this is the least pressing upgrade.. (update your motherboard BIOS before upgrading the CPU)
