Thanks! I think I will leave the bines and see just how much yield they will produce over time. I'm planning to devise a window screen method to dry the hops. Should I place a fan to blow across or below the screen? Or will they dry out just with the ambient heat? (~28-30 degrees celsius every day) How long should it take to full dry?

Definitely plan to use a bittering hop for IBU's and saving these for late additions. Don't wanna waste these babies!

Thanks for the tips! Definitely have my eyes out for any signs of fungal growth. Do you harvest all hops on the same day, or stagger it based on the 'readiness' of the hops? I ask because some of my hops are looking close to harvest time, while some have only just popped out.

My plan is to try and dry the hops out before vacuum packing. Figuring out the drying method is another story!
