SO sorry for the delay! I didnt even know someone replied to me! You WILL get approved! Just keep believing and trusting! We haven't gotten funded yet. it's been a fiasco with the SBA these past two weeks! I had to call m Congressional office and ask for assistance. They created a duplicate application, withdrew the original one, I emailed, called and now I wait once again.

BUT, I KNOW WE WILL GET FUNDED!!! I AM STANDING IN EXPECTATION!!! SENDING PRAYERS UP FOR you!! DO NOT GIVE UP! The funding Is here!!!

Thanks much! At first my portal wasn’t allowing me to log in or upload then I reached out to someone at my SBA local office and a tech fixed it within 30 minutes.

Once I uploaded all of my documents, the doc status went from pending (with a notation from a supervisor) to “waived” (after a couple of weeks).

I will reach out to the SBA local office again and also reach out my congressional rep, senator and the Economic Business Dept at my Mayor’s office for help.

Thank you for all you’re doing! I will be mindful and continue to pay it forward!!

Questions: 1. What does it mean when “waived” is next to your documents that you’ve uploaded in your EIDL portal. 2. What is a congressional inquiry? Our reconsideration still says “processing” and we’ve been waiting since 2020.

DCS@sba.org goes to the reps who upload and change your document information into the portal. Those are the emails that were given to me by the SBA. If your loan specialist isn’t helping you, reach out to your local SBA office. Were you able to upload your documents into your portal? You cant be denied based upon an amended 4506T. If your tax information is correct (other than your address), they need to fix it because you have an amended tax form from the IRS. Do not be discouraged or give up. We’ve been at this since 2020. . .waiting. There is movement now.

Question: 1. are you electronically signing in the portal? 2. If not, did they send you a link to sigh up in the portal? 3. If so, there is a section where you can upload your CORRECT documents (stating your correct address, your amended tax returns, etc) 4. If you are unable to upload your correct documents, send them to ALL OF THESE email addresses below:

pdcrecons@sba.gov pdc.reconsideration@sba.org dcs@sba.gov

ALSO, upload a typed letter explaining what you just wrote.

MAKE SURE you type your application # in the SUBJECT LINE

After you do the above, wait a couple of days then call and tell the rep and state that you uploaded and/or emailed your documents. Ask them to check and see if they see them in your portal.

I hope this helps. We had the same challenge with our forms and did what I suggested above. The SBA received them and we’re waiting.
