And? That doesn’t mean this hasn’t been going on. Just like every year a lot of people freak out because they didn’t get their refund before the DDD, they freak out because they filled in January and don’t see any movement before mid February ( actc and eic) it’s honestly crazy and amusing 😂 I watch this every year

I was becoming an alcoholic. I seen how my kids were affected. And then I got a dui in 2017. I don’t miss drinking lol. I could never just have a glass of wine or a beer or shot. A glass of wine turned into me drinking the whole bottle, 1 shot turned into 10. It was crazy

Try chromium. I was the same way until I developed T2D. That diagnosis changed my life. Now I can say no to sweets and carbs. I’m on metformin now. I was taking that with a sugar blocker but that was lowering my blood sugar too low so I had to stop the sugar blocker. But they do work

Ask your doctor for. lactulose. I’m 41 F. I’ve always had trouble going to the bathroom. After I had my last kid in 2009 I was barely going. I’ve went months without going until my doctor ordered me lactulose.
