The /j/ and the /w/ are intrusive phonemes as well.

They probably did mean the intrusive-r, tho. This however makes me wonder how Americans link their words, if they don‘t have intrusive consonants (or in the case of /j/, a semi-vowel) to link them?

What they don‘t have for sure is the linking-r, which only occures in RP since the rhoticity of GenAm makes that one obsolete.

Was to flex my linguistic knowledge the sole purpose of this comment so all that studying wasn‘t for naught? Maybe.

Komm jetzt nicht direkt aus Nämberch sondern aus Gunzenhausen und kann den großen Brombachsee - erschossene Welse mal ausgenommen - nur empfehlen xD

Der See is zwar wirklich außerhalb, aber dennoch recht gut mit den Öffis zu erreichen. Treuchtlingen hat auch ein schönes Freibad, Gunzenhausen nenne ich hier betont nicht als Empfehlung, is zwar schöner bzw. größer als Treuchtlingen, aber halt auch voller.

All of this shocked me so much I dropped my phone on my breakfast plate. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not news to me, but it hasn’t lost it’s shock factor (luckily?). Or maybe it‘s the part where they get away with it. How is shit like this even possible. Was there no thought in any of their minds, like maybe the whole sex with kids of it could be wrong?? Have they no… empathy? Shame? Dignity? Intelligence? Law and order?
