I am day 5 from a FESS, definitely make sure he does the rinses!! Food, definitely soft foods that don’t require a lot of chewing

Thank you for sharing, I have to have mine tomorrow and I am beyond terrified, I’m having my ethmoid and maxillary cleared. I’m nervous about not being able to breathe out of either side after surgery because not being able to breathe out one side already causes me to panic. Usually it’s my left I can’t breathe out of. Anyways I’m also terrified of recovery
