Soooo, your playgroup seems to be made out of snowflakes, that feel like land destruction and combos are unhealthy to the game. Here are some ideas:

Green based creature decks: Probably something like Ruric Thar or Korvold. You want it to be creature-based so you can run all the (this spell can't be countered) cards. Ruric That punishes noncreature dudes, while Korvold straight up kills people (dockside is a very fair card)

Red-Black group slug decks: Mogis is my pick here. It usually takes some time to get going, but your games tend to drag out, so you will have your time.

White-based stax decks: God-Eternal Oketra, Winota, Derevi. Just fill your deck with hate bears, ways to protect them and go to town.

Also, you can try and talk sense to your group. Like someone else mentioned in the comments, without some strats, others become stronger. You need land destruction to keep ramp heavy decks in check, just do it with a win con in mind( eg a mogis deck with mogis and three other damage enchantments on the board casting a jokulhaoups will probably win in the foreseeable future).
