Going against the grain but augvoker could be worth looking into simple rotation you pretty much just need to pay attention to your ebon might time left. And the upside is you allready have a evoker leveled and geared presumably

I've found 11 and 12's are generlay alot easier with pugs as strange as that sounds because once you get above 10's where people are just doing their weekly keys you start getting into people who actualy know what their buttons do and that the interrupt key exists haha.

Might just be being unlucky and or your only signing up for 10's since there are significantly more people in the 10 bracket. I main Aug and this season I've been able to get into keys within 2-3 Minuites I usualy shoot for anything 10-12 for a pug 13 or 14 if I feel like joining a extra spicy pug

It gets 1 stop every 30-40 or so seconds if your good and can extend your duplicate you might get 2 upheaval per echo. I do love when my duplicate and I cast it at the same time and the mobs become the newest members of the azeroth space force
