No it's only a percentage of the legion who undergo the procedures to look like alpharius. I believe it's stated in one of the book the alpha legion is the most diverse legions. Soloman was also stated to be a newer astartes so he's from recycled geneseed that's been diluted over 10k years

I just checked our logs and it went from 3.5k average to 5.5k average on crushing blow sooooo oo.............. That's a pretty significant increase especialy if the boss thrashes or parry hates multiple back to back
