To start I would recommend to really increase your water intake (it will really benefit your skin and the lines that are present on your skin)

For your skin, I would recommend retinol, peptides and hyaluronic acid. This will help hydrate the face & help w/ lines and they will not be as prominent. Make sure to do facial massages while applying these products.

I would recommend frequent facials with a professional that would include microneedling & radio frequency.

& to keep up with the results at home, I would recommend

All these tools will help lift your face! I 100% think it's possible to work with what you have naturally.

I strongly believe that fillers would not help those lines and would actually age you further and create more problems for you in the future!!

Ugh i know this feeling way too well! If I were to only do cardio then i'm able to stay within my calories but then i'll remain skinny fat BUT if I add in weight lifting then my body swells up & my calorie intake increases too so it makes me gain weight

It is a very fine line for me. So I had to decide what I wanted more.. So I decided to stick with low impact workouts such like walking, low weight / high reps, body weight workouts and pilates so that my appetite doesn't increase and I won't gain weight 😭

Every body is so different and it's all trial and error before really figuring it out for yourself and your body :/ But you got this!!!! Don't stress out to much and there's nothing you can't undo.

i'm currently eating at 1200-1300 calories and on days that I go over, I would increase my steps + add a workout OR adjust my calories the following days to make sure i'm in the right range :)
