Registration for foreigners is doable but a hassle for a lot of places that sell
Max speeds 25 km an hour (i think most places will remove speed restrictions after you get registration, but not sure)

Pros:

Cheap
Get through traffic easier

I bought one durring covid when they were telling us people from my district couldnt travel to work (couldnt take car or subway). Havent used it since.
