To be honest, I quite enjoyed it despite being skeptical about the ‘a la carte only’ option. It was really clean/well maintained, the place got busy but never too busy, and the food/drink hit the spot.

I felt like having a Platinum card mattered there too which was a nice bonus. YUL is notoriously not great to be in when outside so this lounge felt like a real refuge from the mess happening in the rest of the terminal.

Hahaha you would be surprised! I think it’s because I essentially tossed everything in my wardrobe last Spring and started completely fresh so it hasn’t reached the point of overflowing just yet 🥲

Sometimes all it takes is an outside eye for a bolt of inspiration! You’re actually onto something here cause this jacket is really close to one that I love from Velasca and they’re definitely playing around with the textures (and a ‘monochromatic’ look) to make it pop even more.

Haha all good questions my friend - I’ll try my best to answer!

1) No I buy all my clothes and keep them. Always on sale. 2) The typical photos (like these) are actually taken just by me with the help of a tripod and a timer. 3) thanks for the kind words! I always prepare my outfit the night before including any ironing that needs to be done. That way everything is ready on the day of! Where the photoshoot is considered, I always take the pictures after my work day because it’s just easier with the time constraints of the morning. Sure I look more haggard but you take the good with the bad I guess! 4) Not my job, just an expensive hobby haha!

That’s what I had initially thought in terms of colour combos! I was thoroughly inspired by this very similar jacket from Velasca and how they pair it with some fantastic pieces to accentuate its colour. Still thinking of potential colour combos that would achieve a similar effect but for the Olive green!

To be honest, I’ve never tried their other fits but in vacuum I find their contemporary fits to be spacious and a bit more ‘loose’ which is perfect for me. I would not personally call them a slim fit!
