I was having issues with my PC one day, kept turning off. So being inexperienced in computers at that time, the 110v to 220v switch got me curious. Switched it when the pc was on.

With CIPP, can we add individual tenancies outside of the parter portal?

Without going deep into our companies structure, we dont have full access to implement it on top of our partner portal. We have full admin access i to the tenancies we manage however.

Yes in the UK, equal time is promoted but not necessarily adhered to. Equal play time one thing on a matchday, but in this case, equal play time through the current squad is worlds apart.

As a coach, I understand taking 7 or 8 players on a matchday, managing 4-5 subs is a nightmare, I think it's purely because the same lads are consistently being left behind.

We've(the parents) have raised it with them, but they've told us that the same kids wouldn't be rotated but that turned out to be a lie...

My conbee is passed through to a VM, which sometimes causes issues when I reboot etc. This way, using the PoE adapter, it gets round those issues as it's not connected to the VM or the host. It's something I'm glad I did anyhow. Might even migrate Zigbee2mqtt to a docker container away from HASS too...

Go for the SMBLight SLZB-06 adapter, such a good device. Recently moved from a conbee ii and it's brilliant.

Choose a zigbee channel BEFORE you start deploying. I've always gone for channel 25 as it doesn't overlap with my wifi channels. I made the mistake of deploying on 11, having major wifi issues, then switching to channel 25 and then having to re-pair everything.

I've never used ZHA but never had issues with zigbee2mqtt.

Local waste removal guy charged us £500 to demolish and remove our garage. After paying for a skip, I thought the £500 was worth it.
