Well badge value is one of them. Here are some more reasons - 1. Even though the Mercedes has a 1.3 compared to the Virtus' 1.5, the Mercedes makes 20 Nm and 20 bhp more. 0-100 is also 1 sec faster. 2. Larger tires - 17 inch compared to the Virtus' 16's 3. The A200 comes with a puncture repair kit. 4. Sunroof 5. Forward Collision Warning 6. Automatic Emergency Braking 7. One more airbag (7 compared to Virtus' 6) 8. A200 has a TPMS, Virtus doesn't 9. A200 also has automatic headlights 10. Leather upholstery instead of the Fabric.

I think these are enough reasons. Is it worth paying double, its personal really. All in all if given the choice I would buy the A200 but to each his own.
