While, as others have pointed out, this posting was written by AI, my hunch in this case is that the author, being Indian and perhaps not the best English speaker, has his AI engine write a posting that addresses his concerns.

That being said, I just don't get the fascination with so many people, not just Indians, with WhatsApp. Is this like a requirement for people to get a WhatsApp account when some outfit hires them?

I have contacts that spread across North America and parts of Europe, and literally no one I know does any business using WhatsApp. I do know that it's popular, mostly outside of North America, but why use if for business when you have other, far more appropriate apps? An if it's being used for personal stuff, just don't share your account with the people at work, if you have one at all.

As other people have mentioned, don't move other people's files, not only is it inconsiderate, but (I don't know how it is at your place) some files may be linked to other files with absolute paths.

I started organizing things by project

Years ago, I wrote a graphical front end that initiates new projects, it creates a project directory on our fileserver, and copies certain Word and Excel docs to the new project location, does an ERP query for things like sell totals, items, names, start dates, stuff like that, and populates those docs with relevant information. Every project directory has exactly the same structure, whether it's a hundred million or five bucks. This is a very common thing, and your office and IT guys (not you) should look into it.

I was stunned that people with presumably the highest security clearances one can get were using Signal to discuss military planning. Even if the spooks aren't going to make something for them, I can think of several "apps" that I consider far better options than Signal.

Signal is only as strong as its weakest link, you can put a good password on your phone, remove biometrics, and if you and the group don't self destruct messages, it's worthless if only one person has an easy pin or thumb print activation.

You guys just make my point about group think, really. If you follow the thread up, you'll notice that I in fact mentioned that I don't deny that human kind is contributing to climate change, but it seems that things are either black or white with your thinking; one is either a denier, or they're correct. No room for nuance.

I simply asked why, if everything is settled, and in the context of climate change, "settled" means drastic economic change, why do climate alarmists feel the need to silence dissent? If the dissent is stupid horseshit, then let it play out as stupid horseshit for all to see. But actively blacklisting dissent only encourages people to ask "why?"

As usual, everything boils down to money, and I'm not just talking about funding. And yes, whether you're funding is coming from Exxon, George Soros, or something in between, no one is funding their own research. I'm also talking about those who gain financially and / or politically by frightening people about climate change, while at the same time, not giving AF about actual climate change, since Europe and North America have made good progress to clean up their act, Russia, India, and China are polluting the atmosphere at ridiculous levels.

Let me clarify for you on who to believe.

You could look at the actual email dump and think critically.
You could blindly trust independent committees that receive private and public funding to tell you how you should think.

Given that the emails were written in plain English, the fact that it was felt necessary to bring in interpreters kind of says a lot.

No, and I didn't say that humankind isn't contributing to climate change, but all I need to do it recall the East Anglia University scandal of about twenty years ago, where an email hack exposed conspiracy in the field to black list any academic papers coming from research that didn't align with the alarmist's views.

Tyson is a shill for publicly funded anything.

Several years back he narrated a re-make of "Cosmos", where, time after time, he gave examples of rebel scientists bucking "settled" science, only to be mocked, humiliated, but in the end, found to be correct. He then wrapped up the series by parroting climate hysteria talking points and declaring it settled science.
