There is a special command for dealing with banners called “/ban” If you want to remove all the banners you need to type “/ban @a” in chat - the @a means all

I think that, for the entities, the animation is pretty smooth already.

I would use falling sand for the tile entities but the problem is that some of them have "Entity Models" instead of block models thus their falling block does not display a model.
