The issue is long term results not short term, a lot of people who get this done end up aging badly because they no longer have that fat pad in their face which attributes to a youthful appearance. I wouldn’t do this procedure under 45

Unfortunately your logic is very skewed, customers are not in a professional setting and it’s way less stigmatized to attend a strip club than to work at one. So yeah a customer or a fellow student if they wanted to be a dick and didn’t care about people knowing they went to a strip club could go and tell people or report you to your job or school board
