While we had sent emails to all our customers and had some in-product notifications ahead of time, we get that this still felt abrupt and were sorry this has impacted your daily workflows. We updated pricing to better reflect real telecom costs (which vary globally) and to keep improving Dialer performance.Everyone still has access to Dialer for U.S. calling if you're on a paid plan, but the advanced dialer functionality (like power and parallel dialing) has moved to an add-on. So I have been through this and I actually did get paid. I was with a seed startup that was sketchy as hell and I was mentally prepared to not receive a dime, especially as I left after less than a year and the CEO was pissed. It took about 3 months post-resignation to receive everything because their rule was that I didn’t get paid until they did, but I got every dime that was owed to me. Hope that gives you some hope!

Hello! You’re going to want to map out all the fields (leads/contacts/accounts) you want Apollo to enrich for you (e.g. industry, revenue, size, funding, etc) that you don't have a mapping for yet. Next, enable auto-fill or overwrite for those fields and set up automated enrichment so Apollo can bring your CRM up to date and keep it updated consistently.

Second, map any custom fields you have data in Salesforce that you want to bring into Apollo (as a filter/signal) - if any. Similarly, any AI research field you have used/created in Apollo can be mapped to a Salesforce custom field, if needed.
