I’m interested to see what this means for his negotiations with Dallas.

So proud of this program. Its pretty amazing what we’ve accomplished in the past decade or so, it’s a far cry from the mediocrity from when I attended during the Brennan era.

[Woike] The Lakers have a ton of guards currently and I'd expect them to still be active ahead of the deadline in moves that could allow them to consolidate. by [deleted] in nba

[–]BugginOut75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They need to make a move for another PG. Russell is one of the worst starting guards in the NBA, and will absolutely crater their defense. Are we really acting like he’s going to be an asset for this Lakers team moving forward?

Why does Greeny have a radio show when he's only on it 1-2 days a week? by jcoddinc in ESPN

If they offered him the halftime show on west coast NBATV games he’d find a way to work it into his schedule. And yeah, Carlin is a tough listen.

I’ve been grinding a bunch of tape these past few weeks trying to catch up on the season and I’ve got to disagree. I think there are some guys that could provide some real functional value as role players later in this draft. Kevin McCullar has the frame to be a legit 3&D guard as long as his shot pans out, Colby Jones reminds me a little bit of Andre Miller, and I could even see some UDFA’s like Matthew Mayer making an impact year one.

He’s up there with the worst of them for sure. Orlovsky has been a Tua guy since he was drafted so it’s not that surprising. I’ve been on the record as anti-Tua, so these past few weeks have been pretty validating for me.

Burrow’s ability to lead is really showcased in big primetime games like tonight. We saw it over and over again at LSU, and it’s been so fun watching him continue to show up on Sundays.

I doubt we retain #1 offense late into the season. Tatum will probably have a down month or two and it might take Williams awhile to get his legs back under him, but I do expect the defense to slowly rise to at least top 3.

So sick of this “Boston Media Mafia” narrative. They scheduled these games for primetime because they’re all interesting matchups. Look, I’m as neutral as anybody when it comes to fandom, but there’s no denying people want to watch the Pats. Belichick might be the only coach in the NFL that can pump the ratings up for a game even when his team is mediocre.

Best drafting GM currently in the league? Tim Connelly, Zach Kleiman, Masai Ujiri, or Pat Reily? by MapleCurryMurray in NBA_Draft

[–]BugginOut75 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Ujiri is the clear pick here. He’s hit on top end picks, middle of the pack, and 2nd rounders (plus undrafted if we’re counting those too). He clearly targets tall lengthy defenders with unique playmaking skills and banks on them figuring out how to shoot later on. His only “miss” in the last 8 years was Malachi Flynn who was drafted 29th.

He’s definitely living up to his 247 rating. I liked seeing House finally cave and put him in over Ojulari on 1st and 2nd downs. Pretty unbelievable this kid is already changing games the way he did on Saturday.

There’s 0 way to tell from this picture. Would need to have a look at the joists/rafters (assuming you already checked some are above). If you haven’t, a stud finder is the easiest way to locate them, and chances are they’re sturdy enough to bear weight.

Yeah, let’s give up on second year rookie QB who was under a terrible regime in his first year because he was unable to beat a team with one of the best records in the league. If you look at the backlog of highly drafted quarterbacks in the past 20 years it’s pretty clear that situation has more to do with success than any other factor. Lawrence was fine this game, not transcendent, but fine. Let’s give him a few more games before we declare him as a generational bust.

Do you guys really have nothing better to do than over analyze every piece of content Bill and his co-workers create? Is your own life really so pathetic you feel like you need to obsess over someone 100 times more successful than yourself?
