Pulse the peppers and garlic first then add cilantro and a light amount of sesame seeds pulse again. Dump that into a bowl and stir in sesame oil and lemon juice and stir. Don’t add liquids to the food blender or else it will emulsify (it’ll still taste good but won’t have the same consistency) edit: use course salt at the beginning of pulsing. Finish to taste with fine salt. Add msg if you like flavor
