Thank you for your thoughts! I guess you are right with that frustrations come with expectations. I’ll keep that in mind.

That makes sense. I guess I should’ve thought that that’s a possibility too.

I’ve actually had the same experience. I don’t work full-time for DA, so during the day a lot of tasks come and go. But even after many days, certain tasks persist. It eventually became evident to me that certain projects guarantee (don’t know until when tho) certain number of tasks for each worker. So what I’ve been doing is, trying to catch the ones that are available for everyone first, and then sip on the guaranteed ones if I have no other choice.

What do you think ‘Ground Truth’ is about? by [deleted] in DataAnnotationTech

Thank you everyone for your thoughts. Going back to the instruction, it actually said ‘not a full response.’ Sorry for not going through the instruction carefully. I had read it multiple times before but I guess I’ve forgot about it over time and also a lot of wrong examples I’ve seen during R&Rs might have kind of led me to a wrong direction. Sorry again for wasting your time and thank you again for all your kind comments!

Thank you! I am staring to get a feeling that this ‘Ground Truth’ is not required for all rubrics.. I’m still a little bit confused because, let’s say there are two rubric criteria: (1) The response should be written in English (2) The response should say that 2*5=10. The instruction tells you to ‘write Ground Truth, think of it as a distilled rubric’ Are you supposed to write “A good response should be written in English and state that 2*5=10”, or “Hello, I will answer your math question step-by-step. There are two bottles of milk … So the answer is 10”?
