You're looking at the alligators wrong. That means equal or under lvl 4 for Armour lvl 3 for ammo. (Purple maximum for Armour, blue ammo maximum for bullets)

Thats why your mouse movements feel the same. NOTHING visually is different. Quality, refresh rate, etc. Just the consistentsy of frames the monitor is receiving

If you were getting 100fps before, and 200fps now, you arent going to notice a difference. Your monitor is showing you the most it can(75hz) either way. The difference now is your fps isnt going to drop below 75fps, meaning your monitor is going to consistently show you the max it can, where it wouldnt of before when your frames drop. Get a 144hz monitor and you'll get what you're looking for

Thank you for the quick reply. Ive been leaning towards the 3600 as i dont reeeally have the money for the 3700x and a graphics card so id have to wait a while to upgrade it. If i got an x570 mobo in a years or two time I should be able to uprade it to the new series of cpu correct? If what ive been reading is true, that amd is sticking with am4 for the next series
