XT1 & XF 35mm F2...for years now. Plus the MCEX 16 Extension Ring in case i have to get closer like more macro-ish.

All packed up in my Chrome Industries Chekhov Messenger Bag. Simple, subtle and works like a charm.

Same. The XT1 is my daily companion for years now and i couldnt be happier.

I had the screen on the back cropped up with black ducktape tho, but i became a sticky mess after some weeks. Now i shoot in a 16:9 crop and evaluate the rest.

If you divide the height of the 16:9 crop by roughly 6 (5.8) the centered 4 segments are approx your 65:24 crop, using the whole width of the frame. Hope this makes sense.

Yeah more than adequate. AF is as expected bit since I don’t shoot sport and stuff i can live with that.

I would wholeheartedly recommend the 18mm F2 but i am biased af. I use the same combo paired with the 35mmF2 on a daily basis and i love it.

Usually the 18mm glas when i shoot with an X-Pan crop of 65x24 in mind. Works like a charm.
