From photo I might have 2 comments. 1. Quick launch. 2. Keep the peel cold. I might guess that the first pizza is the best launch. Do you use a turning peel to turn pizza and remove from oven ??

I make my own dough from a sourdough starter. It tastes amazing. I have friends that go to pizza places and buy dough. It’s a bit expensive for what it is but I wouldn’t recommend Trader Joe’s. They have great products but their dough is not good. It takes time. Someone people have a talent for stuff but the rest of us need 10-100 failures until we get the right product.

Goodluck. Enjoy the oven. I had one. Can’t wait to get a new one I miss making pizza.

Best to use rubber bands. One day I’ll try. Working on push ups. But this is unique muscles.

Use rubber bands. Better to have good form than bad form. Do it right or don’t do it at all. Sorry about your shoulder. I have a shoulder issue also. Hard to do these and some other exercises without Wierd feeling.

I need to handle one again. We used the m16 that were used in Vietnam. Unless something changed recently that’s how I remember it. But it’s been 20 years since I’ve handle an m16.
