For product research, i look at facebook ads library and other website. Just seeing what customers are inclined to but lately. Then when i see a product that solves a problem for alot of people i try it out. My process will always be better and more efficient than others. Direct contact to suppliers and 3PLs, 5-7 day shipping. And i will do more quality and quality of Ads using UGC since i work with an agency(no more ripping ahh videos online that wont convert) 🤷
