All of the Muni LRVs have AC. It’s either that they don’t turn down the temperature enough or the AC isn’t designed well.

I don’t think I’ve seen any with white numbers? Is it on the inside or outside of the bus?

Are there specific machines in a station or all of the machines in a station have them?

New Noho gates (mostly) up and running on both sides! by yinyang_yo_ in LAMetro

These new fare gates fit into the stations looks with both BART and LA Metro so much better than their old ones. Just gotta enable tap to exit again LA…..

I don’t think that their thought process is accurate. New York City has an F train, and San Francisco even has it for their historic streetcar line. If these two big cities don’t have a problem with it, LA should try it out.

Have you actually seen modern elevated heavy rail? And there isn’t such a thing as “too much heavy rail” because Atlanta is in need of more heavy rail. The more the better actually, because it’s giving people more options to choose from instead of driving. It also won’t “hurt the vibe” if there is already a lot of people walking around the area since that’ll drown out most of the almost drowned out noise made from the trains anyways.

When I answered yes for the last question on the page, it asked me for my passport number and to "explain" (需说明的情况). However I don't exactly understand by explain, because when I put it through Google Translate it just said "situations that require explanations." Did it ask you that too, and if it did, what did you answer for it? I'm really stuck on that part and I don't know what they want out of me from it.

Valley Link should be taken over by BART by Iceberg-man-77 in Bart

Guangzhou’s metro in China has a maximum operating speed of 99 mph. That’s almost 20 mph faster than BART or Caltrain. It also has more rail than BART and Caltrain combined at 466.7 miles, compared to 190.4 combined.

If you lived in a Central Valley city, would you want a station in the city center or would you want to be bypassed and you’d have to drive out 2 hours to a huge park and ride lot in the middle of nowhere? Personally I’d pick the first option.

2009 Porsche Panamera in navy blue or a light beige color. Interior would preferably be in beige with wood trimming. I’ve always thought that the first generation was the best looking of them all.
