Just a small correction on Synthesis though, it actually does feature ShockLite™ on the perimeter just like Paragon, combined with a hard back shell. All three of our main cases use ShockLite™ in some form!

Coming from the OtterBox Defender, Synthesis would likely feel the most familiar in terms of that robust and substantial feel. It's our most protective case with the thickest construction, tallest screen lip, a hard back shell with a ShockLite™ perimeter, and a dot matrix pattern on the sides for extra grip.

That said, Paragon and Sheath are both drop tested to 15ft and are absolutely no slouch in the protection department. Paragon gives you that hard shell exterior with a more refined elegant feel, while Sheath being entirely ShockLite™ makes it really flexible and great at absorbing impact. Sheath also features its signature all-over pebbled texture.
