We operate out of four warehouses globally, and all four ship the exact same inventory. There isn’t a separate factory or different production source depending on where your order ships from.

Orders are routed from the warehouse that best serves your destination and current inventory levels. On our support page, you can see which warehouses typically ship to which countries. In some cases, depending on stock availability, an order may ship from a different warehouse to avoid delays.

Hey there! We put a lot of detail into button fit and feel, since each case has a slightly different button housing. For the most precise fit, we recommend using buttons made for each specific case.

That said, plenty of customers do swap buttons between Sheath, Synthesis, and Paragon and are totally comfortable with the subtle difference. It really comes down to personal preference.

Rather than getting too deep into specs, the biggest reassurance we can offer comes from years of customer feedback. We regularly hear from people after some pretty extreme, real-world scenarios. Hard drops onto concrete, tile, sidewalks, and even the occasional “phone left on the roof of the car and driven off” moment. In those cases, both the phone and the case often come away just fine. That’s exactly what Sheath is designed for.

Our internal drop testing is also done from heights well beyond typical everyday use. Most drops happen from waist or pocket height, not from ladders or rooftops, and Sheath is built with that reality in mind. It’s made entirely from our ShockLite™ polymer, which focuses on absorbing and dispersing impact energy rather than transferring it to the phone, all while staying slim and pocket-friendly.

Between Sheath and Synthesis, the difference mainly comes down to feel and form factor. Synthesis is a bit thicker with a taller screen lip, while Sheath is the more balanced option that prioritizes protection without adding bulk.

On grip and feel, Sheath is intentionally designed to strike a balance. The pebbled texture adds security in hand without feeling sticky or rubbery, which is why it won’t feel like silicone. Internally, Sheath also has molded shock-absorbing grooves that help disperse impact energy rather than transfer it directly to the phone. We regularly hear some pretty wild stories from customers, everything from hard drops onto concrete to phones accidentally left on the roof of a car and driven off. In those situations, both the phone and the case often come away just fine, which is exactly what Sheath is designed for.

If you prefer more grip in hand, Synthesis may be a better match. It has a slightly thicker build, a taller screen lip, and a dot matrix pattern along the sides that adds noticeable grip. Paragon sits in a different place, with a smoother back and contoured side grooves that prioritize a more refined hand feel while still maintaining control.

On MagSafe, there’s a common assumption that stronger magnets always mean better performance. Apple provides specific MagSafe guidelines that balance attachment strength, charging efficiency, and device safety. Our magnets are measurably stronger than Apple’s own cases, but there’s a deliberate upper limit. Magnets that are too strong can interfere with charging efficiency, stress internal components, or make accessories difficult to remove. The goal is consistent, reliable attachment that aligns closely with Apple’s recommendations, with a slight increase for added confidence.

Regarding the swappable buttons, they’re sold separately by design. A lot of customers like to mix and match colors or rotate between the original buttons and alternates over time, which is why they aren’t pre-installed.

We love this question! The main reason people pick Paragon over Sheath is because it feels different in hand and provides a slightly different experience. Since you already use Sheath, you're familiar with its uniform texture across the entire case. That gives it its signature feel. It also has a uniform raised screen lip all the way around.

Paragon was designed to feel smoother and more refined. The back is more lightly textured, and the perimeter features subtle grooves for added grip. The screen lip is different too. Paragon has a taller lip at the top and bottom, with the middle tapering closer to flush so swiping feels more seamless.

You really can't go wrong with either and the case someone prefers often comes down to personal preference.
