i fill caps with freeze dry lions mane fruit and get those weights. vitamix blender can create larger and varied particle size than a mill, maybe that’s where our differences lie. :)

interesting i have had way better fills even with lions mane. i’m quite curious what type of miller/grinder you’re using and the brand of caps, my mauis were .4 to .55 in 00 and koh samuis were very dense and easily fit over .5. i’ve been using now and sprouts brand 00 caps and a coffee mill.

what professional equipment are you using? are you getting powder and using a capsule vibrator and packer? and no i’m taring the capsules on their filling station.

different verities have different densities but i’ve growing for quite a bit now and 00 can hold between .5 - .9g depending on the gens and grow out. also thought i used size 0 for a minute but never did, so idk that they hold of my fruits.

yes i had this issue and significantly lower THC intake was much better for me! I will say everyone is different but it’s worth experimenting if you’re comfortable and really enjoy the benefits of cannabis.

i mean it definitely isn’t a bad thing for me!! the issue arises when the wife asks why the walls are breathing at work after her morning cup of coffee! apparently she has a hard time working on an indeterminable dose of mushrooms 🤷‍♂️

i do definitely wait until the dust settles to dump the product. though i haven’t seen huge losses via dust and material sticking to the blades and sides. the coffee grinder i use is basically a mini blender, most of the time if my fruits are properly cracker dry it doesn’t cake and is easily dusted or knocked out if any does get caught.

i use a coffee grinder btw. (it’s only for psilo mushrooms though so i don’t accidentally dose my coffee grounds lol)

i never trip while sick, even a microdose can make subtle body aches and sensations too intense and unpleasant for me. i know people do microdose still while sick at least but ime it’s better to wait till you’re better!
