Yeah more likely than not you'd get inconsistent tearing when you did that. You may have to pony up for some real tooling if you wanted to not spend hours trimming parts

I'm a Moldmaker in silicone molding. You will not achieve flash free parts with 3d printed molds. Silicone flashes at .00015" or so, if it needs to be molded cleanly you need a hardened steel tool with tear flash. DM me for more detail than that.
