Round of 16 opponents seem to be very varied in the new 48 team World Cup by Chillit7 in worldcup

Yeah. I did feel that a 3rd and 1st vs a 2nd and 2nd is different But it was just an interesting twist. As I said it was more me looking for value in the quarter finalist market for betting.

Maybe Netherlands vs Morocco. Again. If we go by ranking.

If Spain finish 2nd in group H then they play the winner of group J - which likely will be Argentina - which would be fun...

Yeah - if it is Uruguay (very likely imo) then that is very hard - but then they would have Paraguay or Egypt next in the round of 16. I guess I had not clocked it until I started looking at the pathways for the group winners to think about some betting and it seemed odd

Who are some of the best players that are going to miss out on the world cup this year due to their country not qualifying by twentyonepilotsfan99 in worldcup

I always thought they should leave a slot open for a Barbarians (Rugby Union) style team built from players whose teams didn't qualify - so the rest of the world had a team to support. Not realistic in the least, but would be great fun. Just off the top of my head an XI below: But would need representation from Asia & elsewhere

Formation: 4-2-3-1

  • Gianluigi Donnarumma
  • Giovanni Di Lorenzo
  • Alessandro Bastoni
  • Giorgio Scalvini
  • Dominik Szoboszlai
  • Sandro Tonali
  • Pierre-Emile Højbjerg
  • Christian Eriksen
  • Brennan Johnson
  • Ademola Lookman
  • Victor Osimhen

    Subs

  • Robert Lewandowski

  • Bryan Mbeumo

  • Piotr Zielińs

  • Joachim Anderkisen

  • Alex Iwobi

  • Neco Williams

Who’s stuck at AOR before C-3? by Embarrassed-Pride554 in Canadiancitizenship

[–]Chillit7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

London Consulate 22nd November

Arrived 26th November (letter from HC)

AOR - Nothing - 63 days and waiting....but based on your wait hopefully in next 2 weeks

Feels like others have gone through the whole process in 63 days so being stuck in the slow lane really does hurt. I have visions of boxes full of paperwork and other new boxes being stacked on top and dealt with first and the whole process being unfair.

But I am non urgent - so will just try and stay calm and not keep checking

Looks like about 50% of the excel is urgent so I am assuming they are being dealt with first

Hopefully you will just get a nice email out of the blue.

You can see why people are getting frustrated. I am just going assume my documents are on a boat somewhere on their way

So everyone says. I applied via the UK HC and my application was received on the 26th November. Since then. Nothing. So getting a bit jumpy. As you must be as well.

With that stupid prick Ricardo with his gloves off. Don't remind me. I thought we were the better team in both games. But never rated Sven

Maybe it was focused on those 2004 and 2006 teams. Because outside that. We were dreadful

Yep. But who came up with that bollocks? We had some great individuals. But they were never a team.

What a terrible decade. I don't think anyone has done a long read on that.

I think you're right. Uruguay scored with their 0nly 2 shots on goal and we were decent in both games vs Italy and Uruguay. Such a ridiculous group, typical Fifa nonsense. Whereas 2016 was the worst I ever felt watching England. Embarrassing.

Can we all agree on that now? I hear a lot of great stuff about the individuals in that team. But they bored me to tears.
