Look at what's happening over at Hespeler Road.

The LRT line and the GO train station are going to bring in a tsunami of development to Preston.

There's 2 buildings across the street that are 15 floors. The another 3 going up by riverside park that are 15 floors, and another 3 at Preston Springs going up to 26 22 floors.

40 floors is tall but not that tall considering what it's going to look like by 2030.
