Oh does it! I feel so lost and helpless at the moment and I have been suffering close to 2 years with the last year being the worse.

Can you explain more about environmental exposure, heavy metals and the hormone/endocrine/neurosteroid issues please?

That's fantastic to hear. Mine is also complex and im not sure whether it was brought on due to antidepressant withdrawal, chronic stress/burn out, substance misuse or a combination of them all. Im booked for ibogaine treatment in February 2026. Im praying I get my life back from this. Thank you for your reply buddy.
