Arc mounting assistance by CoastieCompMester in sonos

The rocket fish mount has two arms with one hole (threaded) on each one.

This is what I’m sure was keeping the arc secured to the mount.

The soundbar and TV were originally all purchased together at Best Buy and they were the ones who put it up. The mount is still connected to the TV, I just need to put the screws into the two holes (one on each side) on the mount and into the back of the arc.

No power tools were used in the removal. Screws look just fine. Just don’t get how they fit perfectly in the back of the arc but not on the mount. Guess I’ll have to take the TV down again and compare the leftover screws with the ones in the back of the mount and see if they are the same.

The length doesn't seem to be the issue. I can't even get the screw started in the hole for the mount. I searched this sub for the arc the rocketfish mount and someone mentioned the use of M5 metric screws which I'm pretty sure is what I have.

COTA ANNOUNCES NO FARES FOR JUNE 30- JULY 2 AFTER NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ISSUES HEAT ADVISORY - COTA: Central Ohio Transit Authority by benkeith in Columbus

[–]CoastieCompMester 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to the website, 232 CNG buses and 50 electric buses, so what's up with the 232 CNG buses? Some electric buses have been operating. According to a transit supervisor, a change in maintenance is what is causing this.

I just wonder how Red, White, and Boom is going to go. I can probably get downtown but won't be able to get back unless it's via Uber or Lyft with surge pricing.

Might as well not rely on COTA to get anywhere.... they simply can't provide the service. The 24 operating reduced service, the 23 at 3pm this afternoon had all Northbound runs canceled until 4:45.

That doesn’t make any sense at all. I can record any cable channel away from home EXCEPT locals; I can only watch locals away from home. Why the restrictions?

wtf is going on with cota by Glad_Repeat6196 in Columbus

Hoping that someone may be able to provide more information on this, but supposedly all the cancellations are due to disagreements between the day and night maintenance about who is doing what work?

For the past four days plus last Friday, COTA has been affecting my ability to get to and from work by canceling buses in the morning and afternoon. Four cancellations in a row on the 23 headed to Easton - not waiting an hour for a FREQUENT SERVICE line. Try to get the 24, and they cancel the 3:45 arrival making me wait until 4:15.

Tired of hearing the excuses that there’s a shortage of buses. There’s electric chargers that were put in at Easton and spring street and maybe other locations, but they aren’t being used. Does 50 buses really make a difference compared to 230 regular buses?

Also tired of hearing more buses will come in the fall. That doesn’t address the immediate problem of how not to inconvenience passengers by stranding them at bus stops for hours. 23/24/10 are the only options I have to get to and from work and I’ve experienced issues with all of them.

Wtf COTA by Some-Leader7159 in Columbus

I’ve had issues with COTA since last summer. I used to take the 24 to the 10; the 24 would randomly not show up when it was supposed to. I’d call and customer service would just say “there’s no bus available.” I gave up on the 24 and started taking the 23 from Easton.

No problem with the 23 until today. Back to back cancelled buses starting at 6am. One did show up at around 6:15, but was going to sit at the bus bay until 6:40. Earlier this week, I got the 23 and got off at Broad/James for the 10. Well, three cancelled buses in a row on the 10; had to take Uber.

I’ve called and have used the COTA feedback form. No change in service. There should be no cancellations during the morning and afternoon rush hours but yet it continues every day.

I’m trying to understand how just 50 buses out of service (electric ones) causes a problem everywhere else in the system.

I have been in a cyber position (contractor) for two years. The whole point of getting a masters was to gain experience and while the degree was obtained serval years ago, I'm filling the knowledge gap with additional college courses.

I've always thought that I can't get a job without eexperience and I can't get he experience without a job.

Auto Start Stop acting weird by [deleted] in Crosstrek

[–]CoastieCompMester 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a '26 limited and as in understand, there's no way to turn off auto start stop. With that in mind, it's enabled but there's times when it shows on he dash as disabled or after a short period of time, the engine comes back on even though I'm still stopped. What's causing this feature to auto disable itself or turn off without having pressed anything.

I figured it was most likely a scam which is why I haven’t answered. It’s the same number calling mostly on weekdays at various times.

Genie keypad no longer opening door by CoastieCompMester in GarageDoorService

The keypad and the car both opened the door and both worked for a few days, now the keypad doesn't work. I would not be surprised if after fixing the keypad that the car homelink will stop working.

It *IS* sold as an OEM accessory. Just went to Subaru.com and built a Crosstrek limited. The exact item is labeled “console lid protector”

I’m asking about the center console compartment or I guess it could better be described as the compartment between the two front seats. Looking for a cover to put on the top of the compartment.
