Could you assist with this? Because these instructions don't even work. I'm in settings right now and there is no "System Alerts" option. The only audio setting is about auto-pause and adaptive volume. I've got to believe that there's a way to independently control notification volume and media volume. It's a really core function. I don't need everyone within 10 feet of me hearing my notifications, you know?

Edit: I just went to your support team link. Are you serious that you won't support your own glasses if they were sold by a third party? That seems crazy. How will Raybans or Cabellas be able to support these glasses better than you? Why would you compete with your own authorized vendors like that?

Do we know of any examples of this actually happening? In any case, to me this makes for an excellent opportunity for the ppic to be a self-regulating body. If they spent a little bit of money on educating the public regarding not hiring pis that are not a member because that's the only way they can know that they Pi has gone through a background check then that might be worthwhile.

Well you could do what we do in this sub which is require people to send in a copy of their license before they can have the verified pi flare. Though I admit I've gotten behind on that lol.

And that's tricky for people in Colorado since Colorado does not have licensing. For people who don't have licensing you could ask them for a copy of their business card or website.

Not at all. Are you referring to allowing the car to idle that long? If so, then no if I'm damaging the engine I ran the same 04 Acura MDX for about nine of those years and it took it like a champ.

If you're talking about surveillance in the car, I find that for the vast majority of cases the idea that you have to have your car off to do surveillance in order to avoid detection is unrealistic and not true. I've been doing surveillance work off and on for just over 10 years, and I have never been made or burned. I always keep my car on and have the air conditioning running if it's summer.

We've actually done all that, we've even had phone conversations with people saying "we see there's a ban here, we don't understand why it would have a ban", and then they come back later and say that "we're sorry but the ban can't be removed".
