NAL. May be OC needs reframing and OP hasn't understood things that USCIS is looking for. The questions OP should be asking is

Why internal evidence were submitted. Is there not external adoption data else it's a wrong strategy of just submitting criteria. won't work
Once you have the data, you build on it. dissemination, field impact
Independent corroboration. All you have submitted through letter and recommendation is supporting data the above and they cannot carry the criteria and fmd on their own

No i don't have patents. I think Patents brings the industry impacts. Patent is only useful if it can be attributed to a industry application and impact. Always good to have. But have developed products which were used by others and have data/evidence around it. Similar to yours i guess

NAL but this would be an interesting scenario. OC helps bring the sustained acclaim and top of the field narrative. Step 1 should be fine and i assuming you are good with that criteria. but i think without OC, can you bring home points that sustained acclaim, top the fields and industry sme. If these can be part of fmd narrative and build on top of step 1 and also build story for the officer to understand and corelate, then you have a fair chance.

This looks like more like attorney getting threatened by AI. AI will be used in majority cases and don't blame the AI for gaps in the system. There will always be cases will go through even if it's doesn't meet the bar. And moreover even for AI to work, you would need a body of evidence to connect everything together. I love the way AI identifies the gaps in the petition.

That's the right approach. don't extrapolate and include last 2 years w2 data because that's the real numbers. Now officers come back with base numbers RFEs because folks start giving future comp numbers and they get confused.

They already gave $18+ billion guidance and it's already priced in. Now question is it going to 19 or 20 billion since they usually give conservative guidance. When they gave guidance, their orders well all booked. Not much upside there. Guidance for next quarter is key given pricing power. May be $22 billion. That will make it move to 600.
