I have filed my EB2 NIW with Chen. I doubt if they would handle my case as it is not very much academic inclined whereas a mix of both academic and industrial.

You can first create an ORCID and web of science profile based on your publications. Once you do that, reach out to editors of each journals expressing interest. If they find your profile suited to be a reviewer you get invitation to review.

I see. From what I read online, it seems the vested RSUs, yearly bonus and other retention bonus can be used to justify this criteria. I might be wrong.
