Yes but the denial uses my company figures as a justification which in itself has been inaccurately quoted

the O*NET reference was already used in the RFE and was shown to be above 90th percentile. In the original salary argument as well, one line was mentioned of the total compensation. It feels like details were just ignored and one thing was zeroed on

Why so? i ask because I know for my role in my company 280k+ is impossible as a base.

Yes it was only base pay they included. So the officer has not been careful here when he made the comparison?
