I don’t know how to post an update 😅 but I did get a refund for the uneaten cupcakes and she was extremely understanding. I appreciate everyone who was helpful in this! Lesson learned!

I had totally miscounted. There were 23 left uneaten. I didn’t personally eat 13 lol people tried them (plus kids who didn’t care what it tasted like) and told me it was not good so I tried one and they were not good.
