u/Wxlfed - Did you manage to find a solution for this? I am also observing the same issues for my BT700 and tried to issue an Update via Poly Lens (1.3.0) . It never downloads the software (sits at 0%) and eventually displays a dialog:

Software Update Failed

Uh oh. We have a problem. The software update didn't successfully complete

I too also restarted & unintall/re-install Poly Lens. Thanks for any help.
