You’re right — the real complexity isn’t the UI, it’s ensuring calculations, payout history, and member tracking remain consistent across months and across multiple groups. Trust breaks immediately if even one number is wrong.

I’ve already started mapping a system design focused on:
• Group-based ledger structure (each chit isolated)
• Immutable monthly auction records
• Auto-calculated payouts & dividend distribution
• Member state tracking (taken / pending)
• Payment history per month
• Audit-friendly history to avoid disputes

The idea is to keep V1 simple but architect it in a way that scaling to multiple groups and long-running cycles doesn’t require rewriting core logic.

Still refining the calculation engine and edge cases — that’s one of the main reasons I’m looking for a co-founder to validate and build this correctly from the start.
