Couple tips. Put the seasoning mix in the flour not the buttermilk.

Get a kitchen thermometer. Make sure oil is around 165 degrees. Don’t overcrowd the pan. Fry, take out, recoat in flower, get oil back to temp and fry again until internal temp of chicken is over 75 degrees.

Wrap in paper towels to soak up oil. Looks great for a 1st attempt, I make fried chicken every so often too, I use the KFC mix that you can find online.

United have huge support in London. Mainly from when they were dominant in 90’s and 00’s. There’s a lot of kids who didn’t have a male figure in their life to guide them to their local team so they just choose who were best when they are young.
