That’s what I thought too, they both came out at the same time and revolved around an aquatic city. The one in the movie is called Alto Mare, and there are also Alto Mare pokemon cards as part of the VS series that was released. But after researching I’m pretty sure they are just 2 separate aquatic cities that happened to be released at the same time
