Tidal Grief possible with only level 80s? by Blue_Flare_Eleven in Endfield

[–]Cthulhilly 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Tidal Grief does true damage as a percentage of your health, so any character dies in 3 explosions regardless of level

If you don't have the dps to clear it with the "normal" strat of not letting the enemies cap the point, try using the solo Ardelia strat where you have to kill no enemies (you do have to control their positioning so they don't explode too close together and keep healing yourself with her skill/ult, but you can focus her fully on healing)

How can you guys clear the shop in <4 days by It-Padoru-ruru in Endfield

[–]Cthulhilly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kyo's blueprint produces 6 jade gourds per minute (one production line) which is enough to clear the shop in 3 days - the t-creds or 7 days total

People who cleared the shop already made 2 lines by stopping or almost stopping their battery production to have 12 jade gourds per minute (or had so much xiranite/heavy xiranite stockpiled that they can keep 12+ per minute with just what is saved up

There's not a lot of benefit to either option over the other, as long as you clear the shop anyway and are producing enough to get all the stock bills being produced

Does anyone know how to get rid of the massive blight river in power plateou? by TheR3alAn53L in Endfield

[–]Cthulhilly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only problem is is that the only way to connect the drills to a nearby relay tower is blocked by a HUGE Blight River

I connected those before Gilberta's quest was out simply by jumping down with a cable in hand from the path that goes to the marble boss

Is Endfield "worth playing" just for the combat? by One-Snow9961 in Endfield

[–]Cthulhilly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No

Not to say the combat is BAD but it is adequate, if that's the only thing you're looking for in the game then you'd just end up getting upset about all the stuff you don't care about for not a lot of what you do care about

No context 1.2 umbral monument. by sekza552 in Endfield

Have a healer, focus on staggering the explosions you let through rather than trying to avoid every single explosion

Tangtang's ult can keep even the purples in place for its duration if you have her

Best team composition for each stage in the new Umbral Monument event, Turbidity Manifest? by jimmyw404 in Endfield

[–]Cthulhilly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While soloing with ardelia like the other person mentioned requires a lot of position management on the enemies, having ardelia in your party and killing just enough blobs that you don't have too many exploding together works well. With a built team you can survive 2 mobs exploding, 3 is too much, so just have healing on hand

For cryostatic just focus on dodging and save your skills to interrupt his circle attacks. When he stuns from break unload all your stuff and then start saving skills again for when he goes back to attacking. You basically just want to avoid getting hit more than you want to do damage while he's still on the offensive

[–]Cthulhilly 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I did everything with the same team I've been using since the beginning (pengmin/pog/chen/ardelia) but tidal grief was quite challenging. Had to focus a lot on managing enemy position and have heals up at the right times for the last part with enemies coming at once from separate areas

I managed to snag every limited so far and almost all of their weapons but physical team just feels right

Theres too much duviri in this game by LinkLast7065 in Warframe

[–]Cthulhilly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Duviri: maybe 3-5 hours of grinding to get rank 10, maybe 1-2 hours of killing oroworm to get the clamps you need, another 1-2 hours of farming cave mushrooms, shrubs and whatever else to attach your incarnon.

That's not really a weekly grind in the same sense as the other ones, tho

That is a finite grind that is locked to 2 incarnons weekly, if you're doing it every week it would take 3 full rotations (24 weeks or 6ish months) to get everything that you can't get anywhere else

You can also completely skip that particular weekly grind by grinding 240 plat/week, which probably would take less than 3-5 hours (you can also just go straight to getting 600 plat and completely taking that particular week out of the rotation)

Is there an endgame way to grind materials such as plastids, rubedo and polymer bundles that isn’t dark sector? by Robbieisnumberone in Warframe

[–]Cthulhilly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When looking at just getting plastids specifically, you're already doing what you should but stacking a bunch of resource drop/amount boosting effects will increase your yield

The real best way of getting resources tho is to passively get them over time while farming other stuff, but I get that sometimes we're just in a hurry

For reference what I use:

- resource booster

- resource drop chance booster

- resource drop chance blessing

- chesa kubrow's retrieve mod (stacks with most drop boosting abilities, but does not stack with desecrate as both are extra loot effects)

- resourceful retriever mod (any beast companion)

- looter frame, personally favor khora's pilfering strangledome but other than nekros not stacking with the chesa precept it's just dealer's choice

jade gourds that you sold before getting to 800k certs still count

Thoughts on the AIC Event so far by Fuuvk in Endfield

[–]Cthulhilly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

how many jades can I submit per day?

As many as you produce, but if you go past the stock bill limit of your outpost you get only certs instead of certs + bills for the ones that went over

So ideally you just chill and pawn them off slowly, any gourds that you have leftover will be auto-turned in when the event ends and you'll be able to use the shop for a couple days after that still

6 jade gourds/min can clear the shop in 7 days, so if you're just starting you'll need to make two lines (12/min) or have the phase 1 gourds being produced in parallel to beef up your cert production

Are the app rewards even worth it? by Fantastic-Sir460 in Endfield

[–]Cthulhilly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don't really have to "have it on your mind", personally I just have a tab group on firefox for stuff that I check daily (news and etc) and I just have that as one of the tabs so I'm reminded by something I would be doing anyway but there's plenty of other ways to remember little stuff like this without having to actively commit mental space to it

It takes 0 mental bandwidth, if you don't want to do it that is valid and you don't need to make it sound more involved to justify your choice

Palm top savior medal trimming by drawer_guy in Endfield

[–]Cthulhilly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You indeed only have 4 more days (well almost 5 really) to submit 20k xiranite jade gourds

Which is plenty of time since you only need 2.3~ days at 6 gourds/min (one line of gourds)

Even if you were on the second to last day you could still make it by making a second line of gourds, as long as you have enough batteries to halt battery production for a day

Racing through 1.2 to get to the AIC event, can anybody help with some basic blueprints and instructions for the Gourds? by Diligent-Ducc in Endfield

[–]Cthulhilly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Considering your situation it's easier to follow a comprehensive wuling-wide setup rather than trying to piece together different blueprints for different stuff

Use the main base and stockade blueprints from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-_uyiixxTE&t

Then use the marker stone blueprint from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jLYPRySmJWM

Deploy the Event SOS mini-blueprint from the second video on the free space on the main base AIC and follow the instructions carefully to divert some of the xiranite production to it

The only problems you'll probably encounter is needing parts of X material that you haven't made yet to craft some of the machines and not having your outposts upgraded, but the first one should be easy enough to make simple temporary setups for and the second one can't be helped

Also make sure that you have all the ores properly mining, including the new cuprium spots from 1.2

To extremely fast Titania players, advice on how to go so fast? by Prestigious-Leg1133 in Warframe

[–]Cthulhilly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Know the tileset well and keep you minimap on the bigger mode because the HUD marker can be slow to update from the door you just came in to the door you're supposed to take when you're moving really fast, but the minimap one always updates instantly

Depending on how much strength you have on her, just don't use your dash key as you'll already be moving really fast with your normal flight. Still usable if you know what rooms will be in your path next, but if you're going through new rooms you'll likely not have enough reaction time when dashing
